Guys, this lemon butter chicken recipe is AMAZING, and I completely forgot about it until today...

Back in my last semester of college, I was experimenting with all sorts of recipes. I always loved to cook but that was the first time that I really was able to go all out and try a lot of new recipes that I never had made (and some I'd never even heard of) before. This was one of my favorites that I stumbled across. Honestly, it's because it looks so much harder and fancier than it actually is.

It's delicious, healthy, quick and SO EASY to make.
The chicken pairs really nicely with broccoli and cauliflower or zucchini as a veggie. For starch, I would recommend rice or orzo (something to really soak up all the yumminess of the sauce).
INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast (I typically use free range chicken)
Flour (my favorite is King Arthur wheat flour but any kind will do)
Salt (I always use sea salt for cooking)
Pepper (cracked pepper pairs nicely with the sea salt)
Olive oil (I always use extra virgin)
Butter (Kerrygold is one of my faves AND made with milk from grass-fed cows)
Fresh garlic
Chicken broth (you guessed it... organic!)
Fresh lemons
Fresh parsley
I linked the recipe below so you've got easy access. Be sure to book mark this page for the future, I have a funny feeling you're gonna wanna keep this one handy!
