I often find myself craving something sweet. You can't, in good conscience, have ice cream for breakfast lunch and dinner though... (or can you)?
Hence, 2021 was the year of experimenting with smoothie recipes.
This Green Smoothie Bowl turned out to be on of my favorite creations, by far, and I hope you like it too. It's SO easy, hits the spot, and doesn't leave any room for guilt (oh, and did I mention it's delicious)!
INGREDIENTS
Half of an avocado
Handful of baby spinach
Handful of baby kale
3/4 cup of frozen berries
1 green banana
1 squirt of MCT oil
BPN Collagen Protein
Macadamia nut milk (unsweetened vanilla)
Fresh strawberries
Purely Elizabeth blueberry hemp granola (for the homemade granola option, get the recipe HERE)

RECIPE
Combine avocado, spinach, kale, berries, banana, MCT oil, milk, green superfood powder and collagen in blender. Blend until smooth.
Chop strawberries and set aside.
Dump blend into a bowl.
Drizzle dark chocolate hazelnut butter onto bowl. Sprinkle granola and strawberries on top.
